What is your warranty policy?

Since the launch of our "Primary Cutting Remy Hair", INTACTE Hair has a satisfaction rate over 99.8%. However, our goal is to strive for 100% satisfaction for every customer who uses our product. That's why we offer the most generous warranty in the industry. 

Intacte Hair offers a 6-month Quality Warranty against any manufacturing defects. Once a manufacturer's defect is confirmed, we offer free or prorate replacements for orders within the past 6 months.

 

What are not considered as manufacturer defects?

The following cases are not considered as manufacturer defects:

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow Intacte Hair's training guides and manuals, guides on proper use and customer maintenance, and application techniques, instructions, and methods.
  • Damage resulting from physical damage to the product by the customer.
  • Damage resulting from improper use of the product (chemically processing, lifting, coloring or treating the extensions, applying heat to the adhesive tabs, cutting the adhesive tabs, cutting Hand Tied Wefts).
  • Damage resulting from attempts to repair or modify the product.



How does the Warranty work?

  1. If the stylist believes there are manufacture defects, please file a claim through info@intactehair.com. Please use "file a warranty claim" as the title of the email, and the content should include photos and text descriptions of the problems.
  2. Once we approve the claim, please return the hair with our instruction.
  3. We'll have a full inspection of the returned hair. Once the inspections are done, we will send you replacements for free or with a deep discount.
